Site Civil Engineer

Site Civil Engineer (Infrastructure, Landscape & Construction Projects)We are seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer with a proven track record in infrastructure, landscaping, and construction projects to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, ensuring strict compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects within the agreed timelines and budget.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed in line with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, supervisors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at all times.Monitor project progress, productivity, and material usage to minimize delays, wastage, and cost overruns.Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly site progress reports, escalating critical issues to the Project Manager as needed.Conduct inspections, implement quality control measures, and ensure all work meets the required standards.Manage and oversee infrastructure works including underground utilities, paving, asphalt, and irrigation systems.Handle landscaping works, including both soft and hard finishes, decorative elements, and hardscape furniture installations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of UAE site experience in infrastructure and landscaping projects.Strong technical knowledge of drawings, specifications, and QA/QC procedures.Hands-on experience with infrastructure utilities, paving, asphalt, irrigation systems, and landscape finishing works.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Interested candidates may send their updated CV to:📩 mubashra.hr@gls-landscaping.comPlease mention the position applied for in the email subject line.
