Site Management & Supervision
- Manage and supervise daily site operations across multiple interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure all construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site workers.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with MoraModo’s quality standards.
- Coordinate daily activities to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
- Identify site issues and provide immediate practical solutions.2. Technical Knowledge & Execution
- Read, interpret, and execute architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings.
- Ensure accurate execution of gypsum partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, and decorative finishes.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP installations.
- Verify site measurements and ensure accurate execution of approved designs.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions.
- Coordinate technical solutions with the design and project management teams.3. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare daily and weekly site execution plans.
- Monitor project progress against approved timelines.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available as required.
- Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow between different trades.
- Work toward completing projects within the agreed deadlines.4. Quality Control & Inspections
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Ensure all finishing works meet luxury interior fit-out standards.
- Identify defects and coordinate immediate rectification.
- Prepare snagging lists and supervise corrective works.
- Ensure projects are ready for client inspections and final handover.5. Material & Cost Control
- Prepare material requirements and coordinate with the procurement department.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Verify quantities delivered to the site.
- Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and samples.
- Report additional works and variations before execution.
- Assist management in controlling project costs.6. Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily site progress reports, including photographs.
- Prepare weekly progress updates.
- Maintain records of completed and pending activities.
- Report delays, technical issues, and manpower requirements.
- Maintain accurate site documentation.
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and company management.7. Client & Subcontractor Coordination
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate site inspections and technical clarifications.
- Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure client requests are reported to management before implementation.
- Coordinate with building management regarding site access, permits, and work approvals.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong experience in luxury villas, residential renovations, commercial offices, and retail fit-outs.
- Excellent understanding of interior finishing materials and construction methods.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and MEP drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good understanding of Dubai building regulations and site safety requirements.
- Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.PREFERRED CANDIDATEWe are particularly interested in candidates who:
