Company Car + Fuel + SalikIndustry: Interior Fit-Out / Retail / F&B / Commercial ProjectsWe are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Fit-Out to manage and supervise retail, commercial, and F&B fit-out projects across the UAE. The role requires strong site execution, coordination, quality control, and project-management capability.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute architectural and MEP works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.Supervise daily site activities and verify dimensions, levels, measurements, and workmanship.Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, security, and site standards.Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and mall management.Maintain site documentation including permits, day-work records, material inventory, and progress reports.Monitor project quality and ensure work is completed in line with approved drawings and specifications.Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors, Joinery teams, and other project stakeholders.Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and milestones.Ensure timely completion of works and escalate delays or critical issues where required.Support smooth project execution from site mobilization through completion and handover.Candidate RequirementsDiploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 2–4 years of UAE commercial / retail fit-out experience.Experience in Retail and F&B fit-out projects preferred.Strong knowledge of architectural fit-out works and basic MEP coordination.Experience coordinating joinery, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.Good understanding of drawings, measurements, specifications, and project schedules.Strong site supervision and problem-solving capability.Good communication and reporting skills.Flexible to work different working hours depending on project requirements.UAE Driving Licence – mandatory.English required; Hindi preferred.Key SkillsSite Engineering | Fit-Out | Interior Fit-Out | Retail Fit-Out | Commercial Fit-Out | F&B Fit-Out | Civil Engineering | Site Supervision | Project Execution | Architectural Works | MEP Coordination | Joinery Coordination | Shop Drawings | Technical Drawings | Site Management | Quality Control | QA/QC | HSE | Contractor Coordination | Subcontractor Management | Consultant Coordination | Mall Fit-Out | Material Coordination | Progress Monitoring | Project Scheduling | Site Documentation | Permits | Quantity Surveying Coordination | Problem Solving | Project Handover | UAE Driving Licence
