Department: Construction / Site ExecutionJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary :We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Site Engineer to support day-to-day construction activities at the project site.

The candidate will assist in site supervision, quality control, material management, and execution of work as per approved drawings and project specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.· Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering.· Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings· Assist in execution of civil works such as footing, columns, beams, slabs, masonry, plastering, and finishing.· Read and understand structural and architectural drawings.· Monitor labour productivity and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.· Check construction materials and ensure proper usage at the site.· Assist in quality inspections and maintain quality standards.· Monitor site progress and prepare daily progress reports.· Ensure compliance with site safety rules and procedures.· Coordinate with senior engineers, supervisors, and project managers.· Maintain site records, measurement sheets, and material consumption reports.Skills Required :· Basic knowledge of construction methods and civil engineering principles.· Ability to read civil and structural drawings.· Knowledge of concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, and finishing works.· Basic understanding of AutoCAD and MS Excel is an advantage.· Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.· Willingness to learn and work at construction sites.
