Site Engineer – Villa Fit-Out & Interior (6-9 Months contract)

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Fit-Out & Architecture to supervise the final completion, fit-out, interior, and handover activities of a high-end villa project in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise ongoing villa finishing, fit-out, architectural, and MEP works.Monitor minor demolition, structural modifications, make-good works, and architectural changes.Coordinate replacement of aluminum works and related interfaces.Supervise kitchen first-fix activities, MEP works, and minor electrical power upgrades.Inspect site works against approved drawings, samples, specifications, and mock-ups.Identify and reject defective or non-compliant work.Coordinate between the developer, client-appointed contractors, consultants, and suppliers.Review shop drawings from a site-fit and buildability perspective.Coordinate with specialist consultants for aluminum, kitchen, AV, and interior works.Monitor procurement and site readiness for upcoming installation activities.Supervise ID works, furniture installation, kitchen installation, and AV works.Receive and inspect material/furniture deliveries and record any damage, shortage, or discrepancy.Monitor progress against the project schedule and highlight delays or interface issues.Prepare snag lists during handover and verify closure of outstanding items.Support final inspection, completion, and handover of the villa.Maintain daily site records, progress updates, and coordination notes.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.Strong experience in site supervision and finishing works.Good understanding of MEP coordination within fit-out projects.Experience reviewing drawings, shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups.Strong knowledge of snagging, quality inspection, and handover processes.Experience coordinating multiple contractors, consultants, and suppliers.High-end villa / luxury residential project experience strongly preferred.Fluent English is required.Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory.Immediate availability is preferred.SkillsSite Engineering, Interior Fit-Out, Villa Fit-Out, High-End Residential, Luxury Villas, Architectural Finishes, Interior Design Coordination, Finishing Works, Site Supervision, Civil Engineering, Architectural Works, MEP Coordination, Snagging, Handover, Quality Inspection, QA/QC, Shop Drawings, Construction Drawings, Buildability Review, Contractor Coordination, Consultant Coordination, Interior Works, Joinery, Kitchen Installation, Furniture Installation, AV Coordination, Aluminum Works, Procurement Coordination, Material Inspection, Project Coordination, Construction Management.Site Engineer – Fit-OutFit-Out Site EngineerInterior Fit-Out EngineerSite Engineer – Villa ProjectsCivil Site Engineer – Fit-OutArchitectural Site EngineerInterior Project EngineerFit-Out Project EngineerSite Engineer – High-End ResidentialVilla Fit-Out EngineerFinishing EngineerSite Engineer – Interior & Finishes
