Site Inspector

We are looking for an experienced Site Inspector to support the inspection, supervision and successful delivery of Fit-Out projects, ensuring works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.📍 Location: DIFC, Dubai💼 Position: Site Inspector – Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed inspections of Fit-Out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, building requirements and industry standards.Complete inspections within required timelines to support project milestones and timely completion.Monitor and supervise on-site Fit-Out activities from mobilisation through completion.Check contractors' works against approved drawings, specifications and accepted engineering practices.Coordinate with contractors to develop and monitor detailed work schedules.Conduct daily site inspections and report progress, quality issues, violations and required corrective actions.Inspect and coordinate MEP works with contractors and the Fit-Out engineering team.Witness CHW, Fire Fighting (FF) and domestic water pressure testing and report findings to the Engineering team.Witness air balancing and electrical Megger testing and ensure observations are properly communicated.Coordinate with the FM team for temporary power arrangements during project mobilisation.Monitor material movement, usage and wastage within Fit-Out areas.Inspect construction activities to ensure protection of client assets and existing facilities.Carry out snagging inspections following final inspections and monitor closure of outstanding items.Notify contractors of inspection findings, responsibilities, violations and corrective actions required to meet client standards.Coordinate with the HSE team on permit renewals and site safety requirements.Work closely with engineers, contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure effective coordination across disciplines.Identify and recommend improvements to Fit-Out inspection processes and quality-control practices.Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.Candidate Profile:We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in:✅ Fit-Out Site Inspection✅ Tenant Fit-Out Projects✅ Civil & MEP Coordination✅ Site Supervision✅ Drawing & Specification Compliance✅ HVAC / CHW Systems✅ Fire Fighting Systems✅ Plumbing & Domestic Water Systems✅ Pressure Testing✅ Air Balancing✅ Electrical Megger Testing✅ Snagging & Final Inspections✅ Contractor Coordination✅ Material Control✅ HSE / Permit Compliance✅ Daily Site & Progress ReportingCandidates with previous experience in commercial buildings, retail/F&B Fit-Out, high-rise developments, mixed-use properties or Facilities Management environments would be particularly relevant.📩 Interested CandidatesIf you have strong experience in Fit-Out site inspection, MEP coordination and contractor supervision, we would like to hear from you.Please apply through LinkedIn or share your updated CV with the recruitment team, mentioning “Site Inspector – Fit-Out” in your application.#Hiring #SiteInspector #FitOutInspector #FitOut #TenantFitOut #MEP #SiteInspection #SiteSupervision #HVAC #CHW #FireFighting #QualityControl #HSE #FacilitiesManagement #EngineeringJobs #DIFC #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #HiringInDubai
