Site Nurse

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Nurse role with الأمباط القابضة | Ambatt, based at our construction project in [City], Saudi Arabia. The Nurse runs the site clinic and looks after the health and safety of workers and staff. Responsibilities include first aid and emergency response for workplace injuries, assessing and treating minor illnesses, giving medications, checking vital signs and keeping accurate medical records. The Nurse works closely with the HSE team to prevent heat stress, run health awareness sessions and report and follow up on incidents. The role also covers pre-employment and routine medical checks, arranging hospital referrals and transfers, managing clinic supplies and first aid kits, and making sure the site follows occupational health and infection control standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited program.Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license.Proven nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, emergency care or on construction or industrial sites.Strong skills in first aid, trauma and injury management, and emergency response.Knowledge of occupational health, heat stress prevention, infection control and workplace safety standards.Ability to keep accurate medical records and prepare incident and health reports.Clear communication with workers, supervisors and HSE teams; English required, Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.Ability to work under pressure in outdoor site conditions, including shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.Must be based in or willing to move to [City].Valid BLS certification; ACLS, PHTLS or an occupational health certificate is a plus.Basic computer skills for medical records and reporting.Job titles for each post:Site Nurse – Construction Project (Riyadh)Site Nurse – Construction Project (Jeddah)Site Nurse – Construction Project (Makkah)
