Team members join a detail-driven environment focused on creating practical, refined spaces from concept to completion.Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out and construction projects. This role includes coordinating with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The Site Supervisor monitors labor and material usage, manages site documentation, and enforces safety and compliance procedures. Daily responsibilities also involve tracking progress, resolving site issues, conducting inspections, and reporting on milestones, risks, and resource needs. The position requires a hands-on presence at project sites to maintain discipline, quality, and timely delivery.Qualifications Strong site supervision and coordination skills, including oversight of contractors, suppliers, and site teams.Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related fields, preferably within residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.Knowledge of site safety standards, compliance requirements, and quality control procedures.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with project managers, designers, and clients.Solid organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.Proficiency in basic computer tools and site reporting (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking).Relevant technical qualification or diploma in construction, civil engineering, interior design, or a related discipline; prior experience in Dubai or the UAE market is an advantage.
