The Skin Expert and Facialist will perform personalized skin consultations, design tailored treatment plans, and deliver a range of advanced facials and skin therapies aligned with Womanly’s holistic approach. The role includes educating clients on skincare routines, product use, and lifestyle factors that support long-term skin health and overall wellness. Day-to-day responsibilities involve maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, preparing treatment rooms, managing bookings, and documenting client progress. The Skin Expert and Facialist will collaborate with other wellness practitioners, contribute to signature rituals, and support special events or workshops that enhance the client experience.QualificationsProfessional training or certification in esthetics, cosmetology, or skincare therapy, with strong knowledge of skin anatomy and common conditions.Hands-on experience providing facials, peels, masks, and other non-invasive skin treatments, with skill in customizing protocols to individual needs.Ability to conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations, and to recommend appropriate treatments, routines, and products.Excellent client care, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a warm, respectful, and inclusive approach to diverse clients.Commitment to natural beauty and wellness philosophies, including familiarity with clean skincare ingredients and holistic practices.Strong attention to detail and adherence to hygiene, safety, and spa/clinic standards, including sanitation and equipment care.Comfort working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary wellness environment and contributing to a supportive community culture.Ability to work full time on-site in Dubai, with flexibility for peak hours, evenings, or weekends as required.Experience in premium spa, clinic, or wellness settings is an advantage; knowledge of the Dubai market is a plus.Proficiency in English; additional languages is a plus.
