SOC Manager

We are looking for an experienced SOC Manager to lead a 24/7 Security Operations Center in a large and complex technological environment.Job DescriptionEnd-to-end responsibility for cyber threat detection, monitoring, investigation, and incident responseManage and lead a team of SOC Analysts, Tier 1–3 professionals, forensic investigators, and incident response specialistsLead complex cyber incidents, investigations, and real-time response processesDevelop and improve operational methodologies, procedures, playbooks, and automation processesManage and enhance security monitoring and protection technologies, including SIEM, EDR, XDR, and SOARLead Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting activitiesOversee network security monitoring and cyber-related service incidentsManage interfaces with internal teams and external vendors during cyber incidentsPrepare professional reports and incident summaries for senior managementSupport a 24/7 operational environment, including availability outside regular working hours when requiredRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security – mandatoryAt least 2 years of experience as a Senior SOC Analyst / Tier 3, SOC Team Lead, or SOC Manager – mandatoryAt least 3 years of experience managing a technological team of approximately 10 employees or more – mandatoryProven experience leading complex cyber incidents and Incident Response processes – mandatoryStrong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, SOAR, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, and other information security technologies – mandatoryStrong knowledge of cyber threats, attack techniques, and threat actors – mandatoryRelevant academic degree, extensive cyber training, or technological military background – mandatoryTechnical English – mandatoryExperience with Air-Gapped environments – an advantageFamiliarity with TCP/IP, network architecture, Windows/Linux, and MITRE ATT&CK – an advantageCISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certifications – an advantageWillingness to work overtime and provide availability outside regular working hours when needed
