SOC Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Onsite)Contract: Initial 12 month contract, extendableMust be willing to work onsite and under a contract/independent contractor setupImmediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days' notice preferredKey ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day SOC operations and ensure effective monitoring of security events and incidents Lead incident response coordination and support escalation management across stakeholders Manage SOC reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and service performance metrics Develop, review, and maintain SOC processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Coordinate with internal security teams, GSO SOC, and external stakeholders to ensure effective incident handling Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SOC capabilities, detection coverage, and operational efficiency Ensure adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Mentor and support SOC analysts while fostering a high-performance security operations cultureRequirements8-11 years of Cyber Security experienceStrong hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, particularly Securonix and Microsoft SentinelExperience managing SOC operations, reporting, and governance activitiesProven expertise in SOP development and operational process improvementStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
