Location: ON SITE ONLY - Khar West, MumbaiExperience: 3–4 yearsCTC: 6 LPAEmployment Type: Full-timeStart Date: IMMEDIATEWe’re looking for an Account & Project Coordinator to join our team and help manage the day-to-day flow of creative and social media projects.You’ll work closely with clients, account leads, designers and content teams to make sure briefs are clear, timelines are on track and projects move smoothly from start to finish.What you'll doCoordinate day-to-day communication with clientsManage briefs, timelines, deliverables and approvalsCoordinate between clients, account leads, designers and content teamsCreate and maintain content calendars and project trackersFollow up on pending feedback, approvals and deliverablesBrief creative teams and ensure feedback is communicated clearlyTrack projects from brief → execution → feedback → approval → deliveryIdentify delays or bottlenecks and proactively resolve themSupport account leads with presentations, meetings, reports and day-to-day account managementHelp keep multiple accounts and projects organised and movingWhat we're looking for2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing or project coordination, preferably at a creative, digital or social media agencyStrong communication and organisational skillsComfortable managing multiple clients and deadlinesGood understanding of social media and creative workflowsStrong attention to detailProactive and solution-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentSomeone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to doThe right fitYou’re someone who can keep people, projects and deadlines moving.You don't need to be a designer or content creator, but you should understand how creative teams work and be able to translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs.If you're organised, proactive and enjoy making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.Apply with your CV and a brief introduction about yourself at accounts@crossroads-digital.com to be considered for the role.
