The ideal Social Media Manager should be able to demonstrate resourcefulness and know how to work hard, play hard.The Social Media Manager’s responsibilities will be to:Lead the client relationshipManage the Social Media ExecutivesDevelop strategies for campaigns and content plansCreate content calendarsSeek the latest trends and adapt them to client contentDevelop proactive ideas/suggestions for content based on trends/eventsBe organized and efficient when it comes to prioritizing daily tasks and keeping everyone on trackBe able to establish & follow a clear process (status meetings, meeting minutes, daily updates, etc)Develop analytics reports and share recommendationsWork with the various teams and departments within the agencyCandidate must be based in the UAE.
