Social Media Manager

Rabdan Developments is seeking a Social Media Manager to plan and manage its social presence, create engaging property content and build and active community. You will turn project updates and company activity into consistent content, coordinate production and use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of everyday content work.Key Responsibilities.Content planning. Develop and manage a content calendar across relevant social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok. Align content with project launches, construction updates, events and wider marketing priorities.Content creation. Write captions and develop ideas for property stories, reels and launch campaigns. Brief and coordinate designers, photographers and video editors to deliver accurate, engaging content that follows the brand stle.AI assisted production. Use ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut or comparable tools for content ideas, copy drafts, design variations and video production. Apply editorial judgement to ensure each post is accurate and fits the brand.Performance and improvement. Track reach, engagement, audience growth and enquiries. Report on content performance, identify useful trends and refine formats, messaging and publishing schedules using audience insights.Experience and skillsDemonstrated experience managing business social media accounts, supported by relevant content or account examples.Strong copywriting, content planning and brand storytelling skills, with attention to detail.Practical understanding of short video formats, social publishing tools, platform analytics and community management.Hands-on experience using AI tools for ideation, writing, design or video workflows, with the ability to show practical examples.Ability to organize a content calendar, brief creative teams and manage multiple deadlines.Real estate content experience and familiarity with UAE audiences and the property market are preferred.Immediate Joiner is preferred.
