Social Performance Associate

We’re Hiring: Social Performance Associate (Full-time | HCM)We're looking for a Social Performance Associate to become the strategic Brain behind our paid social campaigns and the creative Soul behind our brand expression.What You'll Do- Own paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok & emerging platforms- Build and execute structured If/Then hypotheses & performance tests- Analyze campaign and funnel performance, diagnose issues, and drive optimization- Turn data into actionable insights and Creative Briefs- Own campaign budgets, targeting, scaling, and execution quality- Collaborate across CSM, Creative, Development, Google Performance & MarTech teams- Maintain high operational standards through ClickUp- Mentor Interns and Junior AssociatesWhat We're Looking For- 1–2 years of hands-on paid social experience, preferably in a digital agency- Experience managing 25-50M/month on Meta, TikTok, Zalo, or similar platforms- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Pixel/Tracking & custom events- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Good written and spoken English- A proactive, curious, highly coachable mindset- Serious about results, but easygoing, humble, and fun to work with.Why Shutta?Competitive salary
