Visiblaze is building Visiblaze IQ, an AI-powered cybersecurity posture management, threat investigation, and compliance automation platform designed to help organizations strengthen their cloud security.By combining artificial intelligence, autonomous agents, cloud-native technologies, and intelligent automation, we aim to transform how organizations detect, investigate, and respond to security risks.We are looking for motivated and technically capable AI Software Engineers who are passionate about building intelligent, scalable, and reliable software systems.The position begins with a structured six-month internship, providing hands-on experience in AI engineering, agentic architectures, backend systems, and cloud technologies. High-performing candidates will be considered for a full-time Software Engineer position.AI & Agentic Systems EngineeringDesign, develop, and integrate AI-powered capabilities into the Visiblaze IQ platform.Build and enhance applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), autonomous AI agents, and agentic workflows.Implement LLM integrations, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and context-aware AI interactions.Contribute to AI-driven security investigations, automated reasoning, and intelligent decision-support systems.Explore and implement agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and related technologies.Evaluate and optimize AI systems for accuracy, reliability, performance, and scalability.Software & Backend EngineeringDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and platform components.Build integrations between AI systems, cloud services, databases, and internal applications.Develop modular, maintainable, and secure software following established engineering practices.Contribute to asynchronous processing, event-driven workflows, and distributed system components.Participate in code reviews, debugging, automated testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.Cloud & Cybersecurity IntegrationDevelop integrations with cloud infrastructure, security services, and third-party platforms.Work with AWS and cloud-native architectures to support scalable AI-powered applications.Contribute to intelligent security monitoring, threat investigation, and compliance automation capabilities.Gain practical exposure to cloud identity management, security events, infrastructure monitoring, and security best practices.Research & InnovationResearch emerging technologies in Generative AI, autonomous agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent automation.Prototype and evaluate new AI capabilities for real-world product applications.Explore techniques for improving AI reasoning, retrieval, context management, and workflow orchestration.Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical research into production-ready solutions.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.Foundational knowledge of software development, APIs, databases, and system architecture.Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and AI application development.Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and modern software integration practices.Understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into functional implementations.Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced engineering environment.Availability to work on-site in Gurugram.Preferred QualificationsExposure to one or more of the following technologies or concepts would be advantageous:Generative AI & LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or open-source language models.Agentic AI Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.AI Agent Development: Tool calling, autonomous workflows, multi-step reasoning, agent coordination, and workflow automation.Retrieval & Knowledge Systems: RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and context retrieval.Cloud Technologies: AWS, GCP, Azure, and cloud-native application architectures.DevOps & Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions.Distributed Systems: Microservices, asynchronous processing, message queues, and event-driven architectures.Cybersecurity Fundamentals: Cloud security, IAM, threat detection, security monitoring, and compliance.Practical Experience: Academic projects, internships, open-source contributions, or independently developed AI applications.Prior professional experience in AI development is not mandatory.
