Software Engineer Intern (Mobile - React Native)

Role Description As a Software Engineer Intern (Mobile - React Native) at Simplify Money, you will contribute to building and enhancing our mobile application that powers AI-driven personal finance experiences. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to implement user interfaces, integrate APIs, and optimize app performance and reliability. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, maintainable React Native code, debugging and resolving issues, participating in code reviews, and collaborating on new features that support gamified learning, financial tracking, and AI agent interactions. This is an internship role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to real features used by thousands of young adults managing their money.What you'll doBuild and maintain screens and UI components in our React Native app for Android and iOS.Turn design mockups into accurate, accessible screens in light and dark mode, with loading, error and offline states handled.Wire screens to our APIs, fix performance issues and frame drops, and help with store releases.Write the QA notes for your own stories: what to test, how, and the evidence.Take part in code reviews and act on the feedback.What we're looking forB.Tech, BCA or MCA students or recent grads with strong JavaScript/TypeScript.Hands-on React Native (Expo or CLI).
