In this role, you will collaborate closely with the development team on initiatives aligned with Evernorth’s strategic objectives and partner with subject matter experts to accurately translate business requirements and logic into engineering solutions.The role requires deep subject matter expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), with a strong focus on the Client and Producer domains. The Offshore MDM SME is responsible for ensuring high-quality, reliable, and well-governed master data through operational oversight, data quality management, and cross-functional collaboration.The Offshore MDM SME will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams for Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Master Data Management initiatives. This individual will provide both functional and technical leadership across MDM and related IDMC services, including Business 360,Customer 360,Refrence 360, Data Profiling, Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) supporting complex integration landscapes.Recognized as a trusted advisor to both business and technology leaders, this individual will contribute to strategic initiatives while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, effective data governance, and successful delivery of MDM solutions. ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the current technical landscape and the desired future-state architecture. Assess the existing architecture and business processes for managing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. Evaluate the functional and non-functional requirements of the target MDM solution and design the future-state architecture, including data ingestion, data quality rules, data models, match and merge processes, workflows, user interfaces, batch integrations, and real-time services. Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of the global Customer Master Data platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in the Informatica IDMC Customer 360 SaaS solution, combined with strong delivery leadership capabilities. Be accountable for designing and governing the Customer MDM architecture while orchestrating end-to-end Agile delivery across upstream and downstream systems and stakeholder groups. The technology stack is based on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (Customer 360 SaaS) and Databricks. Lead end-to-end MDM development and production operations, including data profiling, data quality components, configuration of business entities, pages, workflows, and business events. Design and develop ingestion and egress jobs, as well as Cloud Application Integration (CAI) processes for job orchestration and scheduling. Build and implement Informatica MDM jobs to perform programmatic merges using data received from source files. Play a critical role in ensuring high-quality, governed, scalable, and business-aligned customer master data capabilities that support global growth and enhance customer experience. Manage and resolve production support incidents through ServiceNow (SNOW), ensuring adherence to defined SLAs, operational standards, and best practices.Qualifications

Required Skills

Overall 5 + years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management with 3+ years of Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS solution and delivering successful MDM implementations.Proven experience with Informatica IDMC Customer 360 SaaS / Multidomain MDM Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Informatica Reference 360 (strong plus) Strong experience integrating MDM with Databricks platforms. Deep understanding of: Customer data models Match & Merge strategies Data governance frameworks Data quality methodologies Experience in defining and implementing MDM solution architectures Strong knowledge of batch and API-based integration patterns. Experience leading agile delivery in complex, multi-country environments Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Certifications in Informatica MDM (Developer / Administrator) are a plus.
