Banks, regulators and regulated institutions are now adopting digital assets at pace, and the company is building the regulatory technology that market needs.🚀 The opportunityThis is not a desk-based solutions role where you present a deck and hand over to someone else. You'll be the company's presence with banks, CASPs, custodians and regulators across Europe — sitting on the client's side of the table, embedded with their compliance and risk teams, owning the relationship on the ground. What you learn there sets the direction for Product and shapes the commercial approach.🧭 What you'll be doing🤝 On the ground with clients✅ Spend extended periods on site with compliance, risk and innovation teams at banks, CASPs, custodians and regulators✅ Run discovery: workflows, tools, pain points and regulatory obligations, documented in the client's own words✅ Partner with Business Development in client and regulator meetings — they own the commercial relationship, you own the solution📊 Advisory and delivery✅ Deliver licensing readiness reviews, gap analyses, technical due diligence, strategy assessments, workshops and reports✅ Turn pain points into scoped proposals with clear deliverables and timelines✅ Present products and services to senior compliance, risk and executive audiences✅ Bring findings back to Product and Business Development in a form that shapes the roadmap✅ Represent the company at industry events and regulator meetings✅ Coordinate with colleagues in the US, Europe and Asia across time zones🔍 What we're looking for3+ years in a client-facing consulting, solutions or BD role, or in compliance, risk or regulatory work at a financial institution or CASPExperience working with or inside banks, CASPs or other regulated financial institutions, in-house or through advisory engagementsA working understanding of how a compliance or risk function runs day to dayKnowledge of bank regulatory compliance and technologyAvailable to be based at client sites for weeks at a time, with regular travel across EuropeClient-ready writing and confident presentation to senior audiencesAble to run a relationship and an engagement end to end with light supervisionBonus points: MiCA, FCA, BaFin, AMF or other EU licensing regimes; VASP licensing, regulatory examinations or remediation; compliance, risk or surveillance software; Big 4 or financial services consulting background; a second European language; existing relationships with compliance, risk or innovation leaders across European banks, CASPs or regulators.⭐ Why join🌍 Own a region: you are the company's face to European banks, CASPs and regulators🧩 Forward-deployed work with real influence over the product roadmap🏛️ Direct exposure to regulators and senior compliance leaders across Europe🔬 A security business built on formal verification and genuine research depth🌐 A distributed team across North America, Europe and Asia📈 A market in the middle of its regulatory build-out, with room to shape how it's served
