The company values a customer-centric culture, teamwork, and a passion for sports.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sportswear Sales (Rugby) role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their rugby-related needs, and recommending suitable sportswear, footwear, and accessories. Daily tasks include managing the sales floor, maintaining product displays, handling point-of-sale transactions, and supporting inventory checks and stock replenishment. The team member will provide product information, explain features and benefits, and assist with sizing and fitting. The role also includes participating in in-store promotions, learning about new product ranges, and supporting basic training for new colleagues on product knowledge and customer service standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.Candidates should possess Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, recommend products, and close sales.Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support store targets and help guide or coach team members when needed.Knowledge of rugby and sportswear products, including fit, performance features, and current trends, is highly beneficial.Previous retail or sportswear sales experience is preferred, with basic familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.Ability to stand for extended periods, manage a fast-paced environment, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Proficiency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
