- Accept, reject, or place items on quality hold based on inspection results.
- Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials/vehicles (NCRs).
- Ensure proper segregation and labeling of rejected or hold items.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and material traceability.
- Comply with ISO 9001 procedures and company quality requirements.
- Follow HSE and safe material-handling practices.
- Comply with HSE policies and procedures.
- Use required PPE at all times.
- Ensure safe handling and storage of incoming materials.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions and incidents.
- Follow manual handling and lifting guidelines. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Preferably Electrical Engineering Degree
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial or related fields Training:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Training is an advantage Experience:
- Minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in incoming material inspection or quality control within manufacturing, fabrication, or automotive industries.
- Basic experience with mechanical, electrical parts, fasteners, and fabricated components is preferred.
- Basic experience in vehicle inspection, automotive technician work, fleet operation or similar role is advantage.
- Exposure to supplier quality control and material acceptance processes is an advantage.
