We are committed to providing professional counselling, personalised support, and excellent service throughout the student recruitment and application process.If you have a passion for student counselling, strong sales skills, and the drive to achieve recruitment targets, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the international education industry.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve assigned monthly and annual student registration targets.Provide professional counselling on overseas study opportunities, university admissions, course selection, and student visa pathways.Generate new leads through telephone calls, referrals, networking, social media, and promotional activities.Follow up on prospective students, maintain strong client relationships, and convert enquiries into successful registrations.Assist students with university applications, documentation, and application deadlines.Coordinate with internal teams and international education partners to ensure smooth application processing.Participate in education fairs, seminars, recruitment campaigns, and other promotional events.Maintain accurate student records, update CRM systems, and submit regular sales and performance reports.Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely follow-up throughout the student recruitment process.Candidate Requirements1–2 years of experience in student counselling, overseas education consultancy, student recruitment, or a related sales-oriented field.Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Sinhala and English, both written and spoken.A confident, proactive, friendly, and target-oriented approach.Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student applications.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems will be an added advantage.Relevant academic or professional qualifications in sales, marketing, business management, or education will be an advantage.What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience and qualifications.Attractive performance-based incentives and commission opportunities.Career advancement and leadership development opportunities.Ongoing training in international education, student recruitment, and visa application processes.Exposure to international universities and overseas education partners.A supportive, energetic, and professional working environment.
