The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This includes planning and allocating work, monitoring workflows, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams. The role involves guiding and supporting team members, conducting on-the-job training, and maintaining accurate records related to production, attendance, and performance. The Supervisor also contributes to process improvements, compliance with company policies, and effective communication between management and the operational team.Qualifications Experience in supervising operations in a manufacturing, industrial, or automotive environment, preferably in tire or related industries.Knowledge of production processes, basic quality control principles, and shop-floor safety standards.Ability to lead teams, allocate tasks effectively, and provide clear guidance and feedback.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond promptly to operational issues.Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and frontline staff.Comfort with basic computer applications and documentation related to production and reporting.Relevant technical diploma or bachelor’s degree (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering) is preferred.Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada East and follow all safety and compliance requirements.
