Location: Doha, Qatar Department: Supply Chain & Operations Industry: Hospitality / F&B / Restaurant OperationsPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Supply & Demand Manager to lead forecasting, inventory planning, demand management, and supply optimization across our hospitality and food & beverage operations.

The successful candidate will ensure optimal inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, reduce waste, and maintain product availability while supporting operational and commercial objectives.This position is ideal for candidates from restaurant groups, hospitality companies, hotel chains, catering operations, food production, or FMCG organizations with extensive experience in SAP ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Planning & ForecastingDevelop and manage short, medium, and long-term demand forecasts.Analyze historical sales, seasonality, promotions, events, and operational trends.Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve forecast accuracy.Monitor forecast deviations and implement corrective actions.Supply Planning & Inventory ManagementDevelop supply plans aligned with business demand requirements.Ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and waste.Monitor inventory turnover, stock coverage, and replenishment requirements.Manage inventory levels across warehouses, central kitchens, restaurants, and hospitality outlets.SAP & Data AnalyticsUtilize SAP for demand planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, and reporting.Develop dashboards and KPI reports using advanced Microsoft Excel.Analyze inventory risks, shortages, slow-moving items, and demand fluctuations.Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate closely with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations teams.Facilitate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.Support new outlet openings, menu launches, promotions, and seasonal demand planning.Process ImprovementContinuously improve forecasting techniques and inventory planning processes.Reduce stock-outs, excess stock, and obsolete inventory.Implement supply chain best practices and efficiency initiatives.Support digital transformation and system enhancement projects.QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Planning.At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Proven experience within:Hospitality GroupsRestaurant ChainsCatering OperationsHotelsCentral KitchensFMCG Food & Beverage CompaniesTechnical SkillsStrong experience with SAP ERP (SAP MM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Supply Chain, or equivalent).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:Pivot TablesPower QueryPower PivotXLOOKUP/VLOOKUPForecasting ModelsDashboard DevelopmentPower BI experience is highly desirable.CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent forecasting and inventory management capabilities.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.High attention to detail and commercial awareness.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Preferred Industry BackgroundCandidates with experience in:Hospitality GroupsHotel ChainsRestaurant BrandsFood Service & Catering CompaniesFood ManufacturingFMCG Food & Beverage OrganizationsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Forecast AccuracyInventory TurnoverStock AvailabilityInventory Days on HandWaste ReductionService Level AchievementInventory Holding Cost OptimizationBenefitsMedical InsuranceAnnual LeaveEnd of Service BenefitsCompany Benefits in accordance with Qatar Labor Law
