Supply Chain Manager

What We're Looking ForWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager with 7–15 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier management, and logistics operations, with a proven ability to ensure product availability, improve operational efficiency, and optimize costs.The successful candidate should demonstrate experience in developing supply chain strategies, managing purchasing activities, negotiating supplier agreements, and coordinating with international suppliers to ensure timely product availability. Strong capabilities in demand planning, inventory control, stock availability management, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Warehouse teams are essential.We are looking for someone with strong leadership, analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills, capable of managing teams, improving existing processes, and driving operational excellence.
