Supply Chain Manager

CHINT has been listed among the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises for more than 20 consecutive years.Job Summary: This supply chain manager will Manage procurement, sourcing, material planning, inventory, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability for our MV manufacturing operations. This role will be based in our Dammam MV Joint venture setup with ATC. Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do:Develop procurement and material supply plans aligned with production schedules, project requirements, and sales forecasts.Identify, evaluate, and develop qualified suppliers locally and internationally, expanding sourcing options beyond the Saudi market.Source MV products, raw materials, and accessories in coordination with Engineering and QA/QC to ensure compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and supply agreements to improve costs and supply reliability.Monitor supplier performance, manage shortages, and develop alternative sources for critical materials.Establish appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels, improve inventory accuracy, and reduce excess and slow-moving stock.Coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, and delivery to the factory.Ensure purchasing approvals, supplier evaluations, and material transactions comply with company procedures and are accurately recorded in SAP/ERP.Support localization and supplier development initiatives.Required Qualifications / This Job Might Be For You If You Have The Below:Proven supply chain and procurement experience in MV manufacturing or related electrical equipment projects.Strong knowledge of MV products, bills of materials, manufacturing requirements, and supplier capabilities.Demonstrated ability to develop and manage international sourcing channels, rather than relying only on local suppliers.Strong negotiation, planning, supplier management, and problem-solving skills.Experience with SAP/ERP and coordination across Engineering, Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Finance.A degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldWhat CHINT OffersA Competitive Salary & BenefitsWork-Life BalanceProfessional DevelopmentMore About CHINTFind out more about CHINT on our website: https://chintglobal.com/about-us-13
