Surveyor

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a competent Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the accurate measurement and mapping of construction sites. The Surveyor will support project teams by collecting and analyzing data to ensure precision in construction planning and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct field surveys to collect accurate data concerning land, structures, and construction sitesUtilize surveying equipment and software to measure distances, elevations, and anglesPrepare and maintain detailed records, sketches, and reports of survey findingsCollaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to provide necessary survey dataEnsure compliance with safety standards and project specifications during fieldworkAssist in setting out construction works according to design plans and specificationsMaintain and calibrate surveying instruments as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in surveying, preferably within the construction industryProficient in using modern surveying instruments and software (e.g., Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS)Good understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and safety standardsStrong attention to detail and excellent analytical skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesExperience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or similar environments is advantageous
