Key Responsibilities
Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.Post job advertisements and manage applications through recruitment platforms.Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Participate in career fairs and other talent-sourcing events.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.Strong communication and interviewing skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to join immediately.
