You'll focus on Global Markets hiring, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to bring in specialist front-office talent in a competitive, fast-moving market.Please note: By Global Markets, we mean the Sales & Trading division of an investment bank (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit and Commodities). It does not refer to hiring across multiple countries or regions. Experience recruiting into Global Markets is essential, and we're unable to consider applications without it.What you'll be doingManaging full lifecycle recruitment for Global Markets (Sales & Trading) roles, from intake through to offer and closeProactively sourcing and engaging Sales & Trading talent using LinkedIn, networks and direct approachesPartnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business needs, shape requirements and advise on market conditionsRunning structured, competency-based interviews and presenting strong shortlistsManaging offers, negotiation and closing within client compensation guidelinesKeeping accurate, audit-ready records in the ATS and contributing to hiring metrics and reportingSharing market intelligence on talent availability, compensation and competitor activityWhat you'll bringEssential: Proven experience recruiting into Global Markets / Sales & Trading roles (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit or Commodities), gained within a Financial Services or Wealth Management firm, or in agency recruitment focused on this sector (agency-only backgrounds are very welcome)A strong understanding of Sales & Trading businesses, roles and the front-office talent landscapeExcellent direct sourcing skills and an established network in the sectorConfidence managing senior stakeholders and multiple searches at onceStrong ATS, Excel and LinkedIn Recruiter skillsDiscretion when handling confidential searches and informationWhy join usYou'll join a global Talent Acquisition team working across Financial Services, Pharma and Technology, with the chance to make an immediate impact on high-profile searches and work alongside experienced recruiters in multiple regions.Interested?
