Technical Business Analyst - 12 months contract

Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in Card Management Systems and the Cards & Payments industry. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to support the implementation, integration and enhancement of a Commercial Cards platform.Key ResponsibilitiesGather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.Prepare BRDs, FRDs, TRDs and system integration documentation.Work closely with product, development and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.Support production issues, system troubleshooting and performance improvements.Assist with card platform configuration, integration and corporate customer onboarding.Ensure solutions align with business requirements and industry standards.Requirements10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking, Cards & Payments.Hands-on experience with Card Management Systems such as FIS Cortex, Network International, TSYS or similar platforms.Strong knowledge of Commercial Cards, including Corporate Cards, Virtual Cards, Travel Cards and Central Travel Accounts (CTA).Experience in card issuing, processing, payment systems and API integrations.Strong technical documentation skills, including BRDs, FRDs, TRDs and system specifications.Experience with Visa/Mastercard payment schemes and production support.Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia, ideally with a transferable Iqama. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.
