Qualifications

9+ years of relevant experienceExperience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skillsExperience as a Business Analyst in banking, financial services, fintech, or compliance-related projects.Strong understanding of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and customer risk assessment.Experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and documentation.Knowledge of BRD, FRD, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), and user stories.Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skillsConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communicationProven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationshipsProven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quicklyDemonstrated expertise or strong knowledge in the Fraud domain, particularly in managing enterprise-level solutions for fraud detection and prevention.Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering AI-based projects.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detailThanks & Regards,Alok Kumar | TALENDICASr. Technical Recruiter44 Saratoga Lane, Monroe Township, NJ 08831
