About The RoleWe are looking for a Digital Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience in Siemens Teamcenter and Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. You will manage product and manufacturing data in Teamcenter and build simulation models to analyze and improve production systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage product data, BOMs, documents, and engineering changes in Siemens TeamcenterConfigure and support Teamcenter workflows, access rules, and data structuresBuild and maintain discrete-event simulation models of production lines and logistics systems using Tecnomatix Plant SimulationAnalyze simulation results to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput, resource utilization, and layoutRun "what-if" scenarios to support production planning and investment decisionsUse SimTalk scripting to customize and automate simulation modelsCollaborate with design, manufacturing, and industrial engineering teamsPrepare clear reports and recommendations based on simulation findingsProvide user support and training on Teamcenter and Plant SimulationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Computer Engineering, or a related field[2-3] years of practical experience with Siemens Teamcenter and/or Plant SimulationUnderstanding of PLM concepts: BOM management, change management, workflows, and versioningUnderstanding of discrete-event simulation and production system analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent English (written and spoken)Preferred QualificationsExperience with SimTalk programmingExperience with Teamcenter customization (ITK, SOA) or integration with ERP systems such as SAPFamiliarity with other Siemens tools such as NX or Process SimulateKnowledge of lean manufacturing and digital twin conceptsSiemens certifications (a plus)
