Since its establishment, the company has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from airports, ports, marinas, roads, and bridges to high-speed railways, high-capacity power plants, and tourism facilities.We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Traffic Manager to join our team for our road project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement traffic management plans within the project scopePrepare temporary traffic arrangements, including traffic diversion, signage, and safety plansEnsure safe and uninterrupted traffic flow within and around the construction siteCoordinate with local authorities and relevant stakeholdersIdentify traffic-related risks and implement necessary mitigation measuresEnsure traffic management activities are aligned with project schedule and budgetSupervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring proper execution of traffic management practicesPrepare daily and weekly traffic management reportsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in traffic management within highway, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projectsExperience in international projects (preferably in the Gulf region)Strong knowledge of traffic control systems, road safety standards, and signage practicesFamiliarity with local traffic regulations and requirementsProven experience in team management and site coordinationStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in EnglishNo restrictions for working abroad
