Training Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deliver BA training for MakeSense Thailand across Watsons, Beautrium, EVEANDBOY and other retail channels.Train new and existing BAs on product knowledge, selling skills, demo and in-store standards.Create selling scripts, product demo flows, FAQs and training materials.Coach BAs in-store and support performance improvement.Track training attendance, assessments and sales impact.Requirements2+ years of retail training experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Skincare or Haircare.Experience training BA / Beauty Advisor / Promoter teams.Able to develop training content and assessments independently.Basic to good English communication skills.Comfortable with frequent store visits in Bangkok and nearby areas.Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint.PreferredExperience with Watsons, Beautrium, EVEANDBOY or major Thai beauty/personal care channels.Previous BA training experience at international or leading beauty/personal care brands.Hands-on BA or retail sales experience.Experience in Hair Styling, Men’s Grooming or men’s personal care.
