We are looking for an accomplished engineering and delivery leader to head and scale a multidisciplinary organization of approximately 700 professionals supporting global Operations

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale engineering operations across Telecom.Own end-to-end delivery performance, operational excellence, financial efficiency and customer commitments.Drive organizational scaling, workforce planning, leadership development and succession.Partner with senior Global stakeholders to strengthen global delivery capabilities.Champion automation, AI-led transformation, process standardization and continuous improvement.Ideal Candidate Profile:20+ years of experience in engineering services, telecom, utilities, infrastructure or global delivery operations.Proven experience leading large organizations of 700+ FTEs across multiple functions or customer programs.Strong exposure to Global clients, financial management, operational governance and organizational transformation.Experience in GCCs, Global Delivery Centers or Engineering Services organizations preferred.
