Our portfolio includes Crowne Plaza Phnom Penh, CG Mall & VM Office in Cambodia, Savan Resorts and its golf course in Laos, JI Hotel Zhuhai Jinwan Airport in Mainland China, and VM Boutique Hotel in Osaka, Japan.With an expanding hospitality portfolio and upcoming land and real estate development projects, we are strengthening our corporate management team at our Hong Kong headquarters.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Vice President – Group Finance to lead and strengthen the Group's financial management across multiple countries and business sectors.This is a builder-oriented leadership role, suited to someone who enjoys establishing financial systems, strengthening internal controls, overseeing audits, and supporting business expansion.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, and planning across the Group's operations.Financial Systems & Controls: Develop and improve financial policies, reporting standards, approval procedures, and internal control systems.Audit & Compliance: Lead internal financial reviews, coordinate external audits, identify financial risks, and strengthen financial accountability.Tax & Regulatory Oversight: Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with local finance teams and professional advisers across different jurisdictions.Investment & Expansion: Conduct financial feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and due diligence for acquisitions, real estate developments, and new projects.Financial Security: Safeguard company assets, strengthen financial discipline, and ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting.Regional Leadership: Guide and support finance teams across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Japan, Cambodia, and Laos.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Financial Management, or a related discipline.Professional Expertise: Strong background in financial management, accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.Leadership Experience: Around 10 years or more of relevant experience, including senior financial management and team leadership.Builder Mindset: Experience in establishing financial structures, developing systems and procedures, and improving existing financial operations.Industry Experience: Background in hospitality, real estate, commercial property, or diversified business groups is highly desirable.Professional Qualifications: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage.Languages: Strong professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential.Travel: Comfortable with regular regional travel, potentially up to approximately two weeks per month.Personal Attributes: Hands-on, detail-oriented, commercially minded, independent, and comfortable working across multiple jurisdictions.Preferred SkillsIndustry Experience: Background in hospitality, real estate, commercial property, or diversified business groups is highly desirable.Professional Qualifications: CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications would be an advantage.About the RoleWork Location & Reporting
