Vice President Operations - Supply Chain

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Head of Operations & Supply Chain to lead and scale the operations function for a high-growth, global consumer e-commerce organization with a supply chain spanning multiple markets across the US and Europe.The role will focus on building robust systems, processes and operating frameworks to support international growth, improve operational efficiency, optimize costs and ensure seamless execution across the supply chain. The ideal candidate brings experience in scaling complex operations across geographies, with the ability to drive process standardization, operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Supply Chain Management: Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple international markets, including demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics and fulfilment.Process & Systems Building: Establish scalable systems, SOPs, dashboards and operating processes to support business growth and standardize execution across geographies.Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency, improve service levels, reduce operational bottlenecks and optimize supply chain costs across markets.Inventory & Demand Planning: Strengthen forecasting, inventory allocation and replenishment processes to improve availability while minimizing excess inventory and working capital.Technology & Automation: Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation and data analytics to improve visibility, control and decision-making across the supply chain.Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with business, finance, technology, merchandising and commercial teams to align operational execution with business objectives.Team & Partner Management: Build and lead high-performing operations teams while managing third-party logistics providers, fulfilment partners and other supply chain stakeholders across markets.Ideal Candidate Profile12–18 years of experience in operations, supply chain or fulfilment, preferably within consumer, e-commerce, or retail businesses.Demonstrated experience building systems, processes and operational frameworks in a high-growth or scaling organization.Strong understanding of inventory management, demand planning, international logistics, warehousing and fulfilment.Experience driving operational improvements through technology, data, automation and process standardization.
