VP, Credit Risk Management | International Corporate BankA growing international corporate bank is seeking a Vice President, Credit Risk Management to join its Risk Management department. This is a newly created headcount — a rare opportunity to put your stamp on the bank's credit risk monitoring framework, drive portfolio quality, and strengthen internal controls across the corporate lending book.What You'll Do🔹 Lead consistent credit portfolio analysis reviews on asset quality — emerging risk identification, senior management reporting, and ongoing monitoring🔹 Design and execute credit risk stress testing and scenario analysis to assess portfolio resilience and inform risk appetite🔹 Enhance the loan management framework — early warning systems, monitoring triggers, and remediation processes🔹 Drive industry and country risk analysis; lead ad hoc credit risk projects covering concentration and counterparty risk🔹 Conduct internal control testing and review policies to ensure regulatory compliance🔹 Proactively manage Early Warning accounts and support internal/external auditsWhat You'll Bring✔ 7+ years in post-approval credit risk stress testing, special assets management, Basel III/IV RWA computation, and counterparty credit risk✔ Proven experience preparing credit portfolio review reports, Credit Risk Framework, Policy and Methodology✔ Degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related field✔ CFA, Accountant, and/or FRM a plus; HKIB ECF-CRM preferred✔ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills✔ Fluent in English and ChineseWhy This Role?🌟 Genuine scope to shape the credit risk monitoring and control function🌟 Direct exposure to senior management through risk reporting and portfolio reviews🌟 Opportunity to drive meaningful enhancements to stress testing and loan management frameworks🌟 Competitive package and career progression in a growing regional bank📩 How to ApplyInterested?
