Client: Online Media and Publishing businessRole:Video Editor & Post-Production Lead

Location: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:Edit long-form documentary episodes with strong storytelling, pacing and narrative structure.Create compelling old opens, introductions and chapter sequences.Handle sound design, dialogue cleanup, audio mixing and colour grading.Create motion graphics, lower thirds, chapter cards and animated graphics.Produce short-form videos, trailers and platform-specific cutdowns.Manage post-production workflows, media backups, project templates and archives.Join selected shoots in Dubai and across the UAE to capture B-roll and support production.Use audience retention and performance insights to improve future edits.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in long-form video editing, particularly documentaries, video essays, YouTube content or branded documentaries with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling and narrative structure.Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with proficiency in After Effects.Strong skills in audio editing, dialogue cleanup, sound design, mixing and colour grading.Experience creating engaging short-form content for social media platforms.Comfortable with professional cameras and on-location shoots.
