Video Editor (Dubai or London)

Flavour Works is growing, and we're on the hunt for an ambitious, hungry-to-learn video editor ready to jump straight into the deep end and work on real-world creative projects.We create high-impact promotional videos for global conference, F&B, lifestyle, and event brands, including Netflix, Bacardi, and Disney. Now we're ready to bring on a new team member who's passionate about promotional storytelling through video, unafraid of hard work, and eager to grow into a fully independent editor, eventually owning both the edit and the client relationship.Your Responsibilities:Own the full editing process, from rough cuts to final deliveryCreate engaging website, promotional, and social media content for clientsCollaborate with our creative team on concepts and visual direction, and, once trained, lead client communication directlyLearn on the job and explore new editing techniquesWho We're Looking For:Intermediate skills in Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus)A genuine appetite for hard work, you're not put off by tight deadlines, high standards, or pushing through the difficult parts of a projectAmbition to fail fast, learn faster, and take on full editing and client-facing responsibility as soon as you're readyAdaptable and flexible, able to jump into projects at short notice or evenings to hit ambitious deadlinesA passion for visual storytelling and promotional contentBasic videography skills or interest is a plusInterest in hospitality, food, drink, events, or travel is a big advantageWhat We're Offering:Hands-on creative editing ownership on real-world projects for international brandsA clear path to managing your own client relationships once fully trainedA structured training plan and one-on-one guidance to level up your skillsCreative freedom to shape your own style and editing approachDirect mentorship from our experienced teamImportant Information:Part-time, hourly contract role in Dubai or London.
