The role involves planning, shooting, and editing video content that showcases luxury real estate assets, client stories, and brand initiatives. The Videographer and Editor will manage end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, on-site filming, lighting setup, and post-production editing. Day-to-day tasks include operating cameras and related equipment, capturing high-quality footage of properties and events, editing videos for digital platforms, and collaborating with marketing and investment teams to ensure visual content aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives. The position requires proactive coordination of shoot schedules, maintaining equipment, and delivering polished, on-brand content within agreed timelines.Qualifications Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and post-production workflows.Proficient Camera Operation and use of Camera equipment for professional real estate and lifestyle content.Hands-on experience with Lighting and Shooting Video in varied indoor and outdoor environments.Advanced video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).Ability to create visually compelling narratives that highlight luxury properties and investment stories.Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Comfort working on-site across multiple property locations in Dubai and coordinating with cross-functional teams.Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred.Portfolio demonstrating high-quality videography and editing work, ideally in real estate, luxury, or corporate storytelling.
