Restaurant Waiter / Waitress (High-End Restaurant) Department: Food & Beverage Location: UAE (5-star luxury hotel) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: AED 4,500 basic, plus service charge, tips and upselling incentive Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Waiter / Waitress to join the team of a high-end restaurant in a 5-star luxury hotel. The role delivers polished, personalised fine-dining service and a memorable experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and wine / beverage lists, and advise on dishes with confidence.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve courses and drinks to fine-dining standards, with correct table setting and clearing.
• Upsell signature dishes, premium beverages and specials in line with company policy.
• Anticipate guest needs, and handle requests and complaints calmly, escalating when needed.
• Keep tables, stations and sections clean and follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Work closely with hosts, runners and the kitchen to keep service smooth and timely. Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience as a waiter / waitress in a 5-star luxury hotel or 5-star hotel.
• Fluency in English.
• UAE or GCC experience preferred; candidates already in the UAE preferred.
• Immediate availability preferred; alternatively 1 month notice period.
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day including a 1-hour break Compensation & Benefits
• Basic salary of AED 4,500 per month
