Warehouse Operations Manager / Warehouse Supervisor（Team Lead ）/ Warehouse Clerk

Role Description The Director role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Director will oversee key club operations, including strategic planning, financial management, and performance monitoring across sporting and business functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting organizational objectives, collaborating with coaching and support staff, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with league and regulatory requirements. The Director will drive initiatives related to fan engagement, sponsorships, and brand development, while also mentoring senior team members and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. This role requires regular presence at the stadium, training facilities, and official events.QualificationsProven leadership experience in sports management, entertainment, or a related industry, with a track record of overseeing complex operations and diverse teams.Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight capabilities, including experience with long-term business and revenue growth initiatives.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with owners, sponsors, league officials, staff, and supporters.Experience in brand building, marketing, or commercial partnerships within sports or a comparable sector is highly beneficial.Ability to make data-informed decisions, manage performance metrics, and implement organizational improvements in fast-paced environments.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Familiarity with professional football operations and league structures in India or internationally is an advantage.High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to diversity, inclusion, and player welfare.
