At Studio 360, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where bold ideas, collaboration, and innovative tools converge to shape the skylines of tomorrow.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Water Fountain Designer to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative water fountains and water feature systems for landscape, hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, and public realm projects.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in aesthetic water feature design, hydraulic systems, fountain equipment, lighting integration, and programmable fountain control systems. The role involves close coordination with landscape architects, architects, MEP engineers, structural engineers, lighting designers, and specialist contractors to deliver visually impressive, technically sound, safe, and sustainable water feature solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative water fountain and water feature concepts that complement the overall landscape masterplan and architectural vision.Prepare conceptual designs, sketches, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials for internal reviews and client presentations.Produce detailed technical drawings, including fountain layouts, sections, equipment layouts, piping systems, and hydraulic schematics.Design and coordinate water circulation systems, pumps, filtration systems, nozzles, and control systems to ensure optimal performance and sustainability.Integrate lighting, interactive water features, and programmable fountain systems into the overall design.Coordinate with landscape architects, architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, lighting designers, and specialist fountain contractors throughout the design and construction stages.Review shop drawings, technical submittals, equipment selections, and material specifications to ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.Participate in design coordination meetings, technical workshops, and client presentations.Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections, design clarifications, and resolution of technical issues.Ensure compliance with applicable UAE authority regulations, international standards, safety requirements, and sustainable water management guidelines.Assist in preparing technical specifications, design reports, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for water feature systems.Keep up to date with emerging fountain technologies, digital control systems, interactive water features, and sustainable water solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.8–10 years of proven experience in water fountain and water feature design and delivery.Experience in large-scale water feature projects, preferably within hospitality, mixed-use developments, commercial projects, and public realm environments in the Middle East.Strong technical knowledge of hydraulic design, fountain equipment selection, pump sizing, filtration systems, nozzles, and programmable fountain control systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, and Lumion or equivalent, along with experience in Syncronorm (Depence) software and DMX lighting control/programming for interactive and programmable water fountain shows.Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams throughout the design development, technical coordination, and construction phases.Knowledge of international standards and UAE local authority requirements relating to water features, safety, and sustainable water management.Strong attention to detail, planning, organization, and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple design priorities efficiently.
