Day-to-day tasks include managing product listings, monitoring sales metrics, and implementing pricing and promotion strategies to increase visibility and conversion. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory, product information, and timely order fulfillment. The expert will also analyze marketplace trends, respond to customer inquiries, and enhance the overall customer experience to support sustainable growth. Regular reporting on performance and recommendations for improvement are key components of this role.QualificationsStrong Sales and Retail Sales skills to drive marketplace revenue and conversions.Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to handle inquiries and ensure a positive buying journey.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and marketplace contacts.Experience with e-commerce platforms or online marketplaces; Wayfair experience is an advantage.Analytical abilities to interpret sales data, marketplace metrics, and trends.Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools to track performance and prepare updates.Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also valued.
