Web Developer/Designer (Shopify)

Team members contribute to a growing brand that values innovation, quality, and regional market knowledge.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai with end-to-end ownership of Luxodor Oils’ Shopify websites. You will design and build pages from concept to launch, customise and maintain the Shopify theme, and manage the product catalogue and apps. You will also run the bilingual (English/Arabic) storefront. SEO, analytics, site speed and domain/DNS are yours as well. You will work closely with marketing on landing pages, campaign assets and site updates, and keep the site fast, consistent with the brand and conversion-focused.Qualifications3+ years designing and developing Shopify stores. A portfolio of live Shopify sites you designed and/or built is required.Strong UI/UX and visual design skills: wireframes, prototypes and page designs in Figma. Working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator for banners and product imagery.Theme development in Liquid, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, using Online Store 2.0 sections, blocks and metafields/metaobjects.Solid command of Shopify admin: products, collections, navigation, discounts, apps and theme customisation.Experience with Shopify Markets and multi-language stores, including Arabic RTL layout (Translate & Adapt, Weglot or similar).[If Plus] Experience with Shopify B2B: wholesale price lists, company accounts and quote/inquiry flows.SEO fundamentals: on-page, technical, structured data and site-speed / Core Web Vitals optimisation.Tracking setup: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Shopify Customer Events.Domain, DNS and email-domain configuration (SPF/DKIM).Familiarity with Shopify Flow, Klaviyo or similar email tools is an advantage.Git and Shopify CLI are an advantage.Fluent English. Arabic is an advantage. Must work on-site in Dubai.
