RadiantBiz emphasizes treating each client’s business as its own, aligning its success with client growth.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Website Developer with 3-4 years of experience who combines strong UI/UX sense with hands-on build skills across Webflow, WordPress, Shopify, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React and Angular). You will turn designs into fast, accessible, conversion-focused websites and web apps for our clients and our own brands. Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Design and build responsive, pixel-accurate websites from Figma or other design files, with a clear focus on user experience.
• ⁠ ⁠Develop and maintain sites on Webflow (CMS, interactions, custom code), WordPress (custom themes, plugins, Elementor/Gutenberg) and Shopify (Liquid, theme customization, app integration).
• ⁠ ⁠Build interactive front-end features and web apps using React and Angular, including reusable components and API integration.
• ⁠ ⁠Create wireframes, user flows and prototypes, and suggest UI/UX improvements to raise engagement and conversions.
• ⁠ ⁠Optimize every site for speed, SEO, accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser, cross-device performance.
• ⁠ ⁠Set up and customize e-commerce flows: product pages, cart, checkout, payment and shipping integrations.
• ⁠ ⁠Integrate third-party tools such as analytics, CRM, email marketing, payment gateways and headless CMS platforms.
• ⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot bugs, handle updates and security patches, and provide post-launch support and maintenance.
• ⁠ ⁠Work closely with designers, content writers, marketers and project managers to deliver projects on time.
• ⁠ ⁠Use version control (Git) and follow clean, well-documented coding practices.Good to Have
• ⁠ ⁠Experience with headless CMS setups (Contentful, Strapi, Sanity) or headless Shopify (Hydrogen).
• ⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Next.js, Node.js, or PHP for backend tasks.
• ⁠ ⁠Familiarity with GSAP, Lottie or similar tools for motion and micro-interactions.
• ⁠ ⁠Basic UI design ability in Figma, Adobe XD or Photoshop.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar and A/B testing tools.
• ⁠ ⁠Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) and technical SEO.
• ⁠ ⁠Exposure to AI-assisted development tools to speed up delivery.Qualifications and Experience
• ⁠ ⁠3-4 years of professional experience in website development, with live projects across at least three of the platforms listed above.
• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Design or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• ⁠ ⁠A strong portfolio or live links that show UI/UX quality, responsive design and real client or product work.
• ⁠ ⁠Good communication skills in English and the ability to explain design and technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work independently as well as in a team.
• ⁠ ⁠Attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset and eagerness to keep learning new tools.
