Key Responsibilities

Perform welding activities for electrical switchgear enclosures and metal components.Interpret and understand welding techniques and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.Carry out welding activities using Arc, Laser, and CO2 welding techniques, as applicable.Ensure welded products meet required quality standards and technical specifications.Conduct quality inspections on welded products and components.Support material handling and preparation of finished products for shipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Arc, Laser, or CO2 welding.Previous experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication environments.Experience in switchgear manufacturing is highly preferred.Strong understanding of welding techniques and quality standards.Ability to inspect welding quality and identify defects.Ability to handle physical workloads in a manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
