Employment Type: Full-timeJoining: Within 30 Days PreferredAbout the Role -Omjee's Group is looking for an experienced YouTube CMS & Channel Operations Manager to oversee our growing network of YouTube channels, digital content rights, and monetization operations.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple YouTube channels, with a strong understanding of YouTube Content Manager (CMS), copyright management, Content ID, channel monetization, analytics, and revenue reporting.This is a comprehensive YouTube operations role involving channel management, rights administration, growth strategy, client onboarding, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities -Handle YouTube Content Manager (CMS) operations, including asset management, ownership policies, references, and channel linking.Manage Content ID claims, copyright disputes, claim releases, takedowns, and rights conflicts.Oversee digital content rights, territory-wise ownership, whitelisting, and copyright compliance across channels.Manage channel monetization, AdSense-related coordination, revenue optimization, and additional monetization features.Handle onboarding of new YouTube channels and clients, including channel audits, documentation, and operational setup.Monitor YouTube Analytics and CMS reports to identify performance trends, revenue opportunities, and operational issues.Prepare channel-wise and client-wise monthly performance reports, revenue statements, and financial summaries.Track CMS earnings, revenue-sharing arrangements, deductions, and client payouts, coordinating with the accounts team for reconciliation.Ensure compliance with YouTube policies, copyright guidelines, and monetization requirements.Coordinate with internal content teams, channel owners, and external clients for smooth day-to-day operations.Independently manage multiple YouTube channels, including uploads, scheduling, metadata, SEO, thumbnails, playlists, and content optimization.Requirements -Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in YouTube channel management, CMS operations, or digital content distribution.Prior experience independently managing multiple YouTube channels is mandatory.Strong working knowledge of YouTube Studio, YouTube Analytics, monetization policies, and channel management.Strong understanding of YouTube Content ID, copyright claims, disputes, content ownership, and rights management.Experience managing video uploads, metadata optimization, channel SEO, and content publishing workflows.Ability to prepare accurate channel-wise revenue reports, financial summaries, and performance dashboards.Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, reconciliation, and revenue tracking.Understanding of YouTube monetization, AdSense, revenue sharing, and channel growth strategies.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently manage multiple channels and clients.Good to Have -Hands-on experience working with YouTube Content Manager (CMS) and Content ID tools.Previous experience with a YouTube MCN, music label, digital distributor, film distribution company, or media network.Experience managing large YouTube channel networks or third-party client channels.Familiarity with music and film rights, digital licensing, territory restrictions, and asset ownership conflicts.Knowledge of YouTube memberships, advanced monetization features, and revenue optimization.Understanding of Punjabi, Hindi, and regional entertainment content.What We Offer -Opportunity to manage and grow a diverse network of YouTube channels across films, music, and entertainment.Hands-on exposure to YouTube CMS operations, digital rights management, and content monetization.Ownership of channel operations, growth initiatives, and client reporting.Opportunity to work with established entertainment properties, content owners, and distribution partners.To Apply -Send your CV along with details of the YouTube channels or networks you have managed, your CMS experience (if any), and relevant work experience to:ashutosh@omjeegroup.comSubject: Job Application - YouTube CMS & Channel Operations Manager
