Sukkur IBA University emphasizes quality education, innovation, and professional development across a range of disciplines.Role Description The 3D Animation and VFX role at Sukkur IBA University is a full-time, on-site position based in Daharki. The role involves designing and producing 3D animated content, visual effects, and motion graphics for academic projects, institutional campaigns, and multimedia learning materials. Responsibilities include storyboarding, modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and rendering, as well as compositing and post-production work to deliver polished visuals. The position also supports faculty and students with technical guidance on animation and VFX tools, helps maintain production pipelines, and collaborates on creative concepts aligned with the university’s educational objectives. The role may involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to quality standards.Qualifications Strong skills in 3D animation, including modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and rendering using industry-standard software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).Proficiency in VFX and compositing tools (e.g., After Effects, Nuke, Fusion), including particle effects, motion tracking, and green-screen keying.Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and post-production workflows using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.Solid understanding of storytelling, visual design principles, cinematography, and sound integration for animation and VFX projects.Ability to manage production timelines, organize assets, and work within structured pipelines in a collaborative environment.Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Multimedia Arts, Design, Computer Science, or a closely related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.Prior experience in educational, studio, or media environments is preferred, along with a strong portfolio demonstrating 3D animation and VFX work.Effective communication skills, willingness to support learners, and readiness to work on-site in Daharki.
